Ein kleines gemütliches Hotel mitten im spanischen Viertel, wo es belebt und quirlig ist. Dann kehrt man jedoch in eine ruhige und liebevolle Oase zurück, wo man sich erholen und relaxen kann. Einfach wunderbar.

Fabulous stay. Lovely room and bathroom. Staff were lovely and helpful thank you to Nello, Luca and Marco. The breakfast was delicious. The lovely touch being the guests could go to the breakfast room throughout the day and nibble on the cake croissants, biscuits and drinks, fruit that were left from breakfast time. So nothing really got wasted. The coffee machine was also a great thing to have on hand too. Just one slight problem but it didn't really affect us in the end was a water leak from the room above! luckily the flow poured into the centre of the room and not on the bed or furniture. We were able to catch the water with a waste bin. We obviously reported it straight away and reception sorted it immediately. Looking at the ceiling it has obviously happened before because of the peeled plaster and watermark. The same thing i think is happening in the shower cubical as the plaster was peeling of slowly and in the morning I'd find flakes in the tray. But all in all for us this didn't spoil anything for us, and hopefully the hotel will eventually sort out this problem. I think this is an old historic building so if that all we had go wrong thats fine with us. We'd still come back to Hotel Il Convento :-)

If you want the true atmosphere and ambience of an Italian experience, this is your hotel. Quaint narrow city streets, surrounded by small restaurants and pizzarias. The hotel has an nostalgic charm, with a fantastic staff. We have stayed there twice and will definitely go back!

Hotel in un ottima posizione, camera molto silenziosa e letto comodo . Ottima la pulizia , ma il punto forte dell hotel è la disponibilità, la professionalità e la gentilezza del personale . Grazie davvero . Consigliatissimo .

central stay, friendly staff, cosy stay, unfortunately are the rooms very warm due to the weather and dp not cool down over night... there is air condition but i cant use them because my respiration alway reacts on ac.

Globalement pour cette gamme d’hôtel - tout était satisfaisant avec un personnel tres à l’ecoute et charmant. Maintenant, cet hôtel est dans le quartier espagnol - quartier populaire mais dense et tres populaire- en même temps, plus proche de la realité. Tres proche metro Toledo et du port et de la rue Tolédo- trop touristique, bruyante jusquecttés tard.
Notre chambre avait une terrasse privee plein soleil - utile pour accrocher le linge mouillé.
La chambre - etroite - trop pour 3.
Donc pour cette gamme d’hôtel, satisfaite- mais pour 6 nuits dans la chaleur de Naples - sejour èprouvant.
Bonus pour gentilesse personnel
