We LOVED the hotel. It is located within the Spanish Quarter on a narrow alley about 2 blocks east of Via Toldeo (Hope my direction is correct). The rooms as very comfortable with all needed amenities. It is surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to such a busy street. Our room on the 4th floor opened to a very pretty garden which was a great place to sit and relax after exploring Napoli. Breakfast is very good and generous. The staff was TERRIFIC. So friendly, professional and helpful. They all made us feel very welcome. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Rick Steves fans, this hotel is included in his Italy guidebook under Naples.

Overall I was pleased to have chosen the hotel, which was clean and welcoming, with a good room and breakfast. The location is amazing, busy, noisy, chaotic and full of character (and importantly the sound-proofing of the room was excellent). A few minor issues for me: the room smelt of toilet cleaner; the mattress was the foam type which leads to a 'valley' developing where you sleep; and I was expecting the hotel to have a courtyard (I think the pictures on the website are of a rooftop terrace). As a result, I was slightly disappointed that it was essentially a flight of stairs with rooms off. But these are minor points and it was a good comfortable base for staying in the Spanish Quarter.

Good room and good location. Only negative was the breakfast offering on the morning we were there
