Il Convento is situiiated in a very quaint part of the city - the Spanish Quarter. It is a maze of narrow alleyways with small shops and restaurants spilling into the limited street space and a constant buzz of motorbikes/scooters zipping through. However it is less than a hundred yards from one of the cities main thoroughfares - Toledo. We would say that, overall, it is not a location for the faint-hearted but the hotel has a genuine charm and the staff are wonderful.

A great stay! Staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, which is a great location. Room was ideal, and breakfast was excellent.

Super location and very cosy ambience, right in the spanish quarters. Close to port for boats to Amalfi and Capri. 4 stops by Metro from central station. Great place.
