Gentile tutto lo staff, i sigg. Nello e Marco due persone squisite, disponibili e cordiali. Hotel pulito, strategico e comodo per raggiungere la metro Toledo, piazza del Plebiscito, la fontana dei Giganti, il Castel dell'Ovo, negozi, ristoranti...non vorresti più andare via. Super consigliato. Andateci!!!!!

Wonderful! We had a great stay. The staff was extremely helpful and always available. The room was clean and very nice. We will stay here again when we return!

Ottimo soggiorno in posizione eccezionale. Non valuto 5 la camera solo perche' avrebbe bisogno di piccola manutenzione (pareti da ridipingere soprattutto bagno e sostituzione cuscini). Ottimi i servizi offerti: self service bevande/pasticceria h24, completa dotazione camere (ciabattine, rasoio,piastra capelli, tappi x le orecchie etc), personale cordiale e disponibile. Meriterebbe la IV stella!

Easy to communicate in English with staff. Accommodations were great value for the cost. I would stay again. Busy area, but rooms were fairly quiet with good soundproofing on windows.

In the Spanish district. Loads of places to eat, shop and find transport. What a surprise to find a small court garden just outside our room. A bit chilly for this time of the year, but lovely. A very busy area.
