Muy, pero muy agradable. Todo estuvo excelente, El personal siempre amable y con la mejor disposición. La habitación que ocupamos muy cómoda, limpia y con todo funcionando; un plus fue el tener una terraza que nos permitió disfutar el fresco de la noche. Finalmente su ubicación el el corazón del cuartel Español, nos sumergió, nada más salir del hotel, en la cotidianidad del Nápoles más puro y tradicional.

Amazing. Location is so close to the Via Toledo!!
The only think is that the location prevents reaching the hotel via car, but need to park around 2 minute walk and carry the suitcases to the hotel. But this is no issue really. The location and all other hotel advantages easily compensate for the parking.

Very good, clean and well managed hotel with friendly staff.
The rooms are spacious and well furnished with all amenities one would expect.
I would certainly choose Hotel Il Convento on future visits to Naples.

Muy buena, personal muy bien y habitación muy bien. Eche de menos un rincón con algún sofá para poder estar.

Very fun to be in the Spanish Quarter. High Energy & Close to via Toledo. Bed was too soft for us. Would stay again.
