the staff are adorable and help us with a smile when we need it. My room was a little small but sufficient for a business trip. It's a pity that the walls are a bit thin and that we can hear the snoring of the other occupants, but unfortunately this is the case with many hotels. The hotel is very well located if you need to be close to the port.

Hotel il Convento has a perfect location in the Spanish Quarter for all the sights of Napoli. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. It is a joy staying at Hotel Il Convento!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato indimenticabile.
La camera ci è piaciuta molto: spaziosa e sempre pulita ed insonorizzata bene.
Lo staff sempre disponibile e gentile.
La posizione della struttura è strategica per chi vuole vivere la città.

The staff did a great job. They were all very friendly and went out of their way to help us with navigating Naples and surrounding areas. They printed maps and schedules for trains, boats, buses and answered all our questions. The breakfast each morning was excellent and the daily room cleaning service was perfect. We stayed 5 nights and had a great time. This is an ideal location to explore the city.

Perfect experience, it was everything that we had hoped. Good quality bed and pillows, good air con, good shower, excellent location.
