Hotel is conveniently located in Napoli centre with a metro line in Via Toledo just a couple of minutes away. Naples historic centre and Chiaia area are both about 10 mins away on foot. Staff were really courteous and helpful. You are always greeted with a genuine smile. It was also very appreciated to have pastries and coffee available for free throughout the day. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

La struttura è ottima e comoda.La pulizia delle camere impeccabile, il personale, tutto, gentile ed altamente professionale.
L'unica osservazione che mi preme fare:
sarebbe opportuno tentare di contrarre (o assorbire in parte) il costo dei parcheggi convenzionati, visto che tra convenzione e prezzo ordinario non c'è alcuna differenza.

Tutte le persone che lavorano in questo hotel sono molto cortesi. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Il giorno dellEpifania hanno donato al nostro cagnolino un regalo, come da usanza verso i bambini. Grazie ancora!
