Best location, the most friendliest staff, clean rooms. Would highly recommend this hotel. Definitely will come back to Naples and especially to this hotel. Thank you for making our first experience to Napoli so memorable.

Very pleasurable .. hotel situated in the heart of Spanish Quarters so easily to move around many restaurants and services around . Staff very helpful from front desk and waiters / housekeepers

Très satisfait de mes séjours dans l'hôtel. Une seule remarque : dabs la chambre 16, la baignoire n'est pas très adaptée pour les personnes âgées, on glisse facilement.

Excellent. Superb location, within the historic Spanish Quater but also near to the designer shops, restaurants and bars and the port.
Very clean. Staff very helpful and accommodating.
