Location in the heart of Naples for a real experience of the city. Very helpful and friendly employees. Definitely recommend.

Αξίζει η διαμονή στο il Convento. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι εξαιρετικό, καθαρό και παρέχει νόστιμο πρωϊνό. Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικό και μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειάστηκε (εκδρομή στον Vesuvius- Pompey). Εξαιρετική γειτονιά η Quartieri Spagnoli, πολύχρωμη, πολύβουη. Ότι πρέπει για μια πρώτη επίσκεψη στη Νάπολη !

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive and the service was excellent. We had breakfast served in the room and ate on our private roof terrace. I was surprised by the hotel on my 60th birthday with a bottle of prosecco, cakes, flowers and balloons in the room.
The location of the hotel is also great, in the bustling Spanish quarter and near Via Toledo.
The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and a restocked mini bar, and it had great amenities (hairdryer, mini bar, safe, private roof terrace, bottle opener, free bottled water etc).
We would highly recommend this hotel with lovely staff and great service.
