Nous avons passé un bon moment à l’Impérial Palace. Le personnel est très attentionné et sympathique, la localisation de l’hôtel très bien par rapport au vieux centre, les chambres qui offrent une ambiance agréable et un équipement correct.
Certains détails comme le rapport/qualité prix du petit déjeuné, l'espace bien-être (piscine, hammam et sauna) moyen en regard du volume disponible et la qualité des prestations du hammam en particulier, l'ascenseur quelque peu récalcitrant au niveau du 7ème étage à repartir vers la réception, peuvent être considéré pour une amélioration.

We had a fantastic holiday in Annecy and the whole package of the town and the hotel went together perfectly. We extended our holiday by one night to make the most of of the whole area and this was arranged seamlessly by the hotel staff. Our only regret was we missed the lake festival by just a couple of days. ( maybe another year) This was a holiday for our 30th wedding Anniversary and the hotel made an extra effort to see it was special and we really appreciated that.

Was not perfect. It started by charging me one night for the sweet I wrongly booked due to their system and the strange thing they charge you if you use the suna . Food is not the best

Great experience. Super location. A pity there is not a private option for hotelguests to go into lake.

More beautiful than I remembered, the atmosphere and service really confirm my memory of this amazing hotel <3 Only drawback was the breakfast downstairs instead of La Voile. I hope this is rectified next time we’re there :-)
