Not clear online we would have no access to the pool unless we purchased a spa pass, and very limited time slot to swim with kids.

The upgrade was from a classic room to a classic lake view room in fact. The bedroomas are indeed similar but you got a nicest view. Regarding the access to the wellness area for children, there is a limited time in order to respect all our clients needs in this relaxing place as you can understand.

Excellent , however we were dissapointed with two things - 1 the Brasserie restaurant - would prefer to see a French brasserie there and did not enjoy our breakfast , which is expensive also . 2nd - We were not advised on booking that the Voile terrace would be closed due to renovations and we had looked forward to sitting out there in the sunshine but on arrival found it closed off with building materials all around the area .
