Terrible due to poor customer service in restaurant and gaming area. Especially restaurant which we actually got up and left after waiting more than 45 minutes for any service at all after sitting.

Le cadre est magnifique, la vue sur le lac est imprenable. Néanmoins nous sommes surpris voire déçus du niveau de prestation malgré le classement de votre établissement. Nous avons séjourné dans des hôtels / restaurants où les prestations et la considération du client étaient d'un niveau supérieur pour un classement quasi identique voire inférieur au vôtre.

It was ok, but I would not go back because of the problems with the maid leaving our door open. Also, there is no coffee machine in the room and the bar opens late. The only early more coffee possibility is instant from the front desk. It should be possible to get a cup of espresso or decent coffee earlier.

Dear Louise, Thank you for having taken the time to give us your feedback. We are very sorry about your disappointment and we would like to give you some answers back in order to clarify. We are sorry you thought that your rooms were left opened but because you had 2 connecting rooms, only the main door (which gives access to these 2 doors) was closed to leave all the area free for the family. Only Suites have espresso coffee machine and the reception desk offers espresso coffee too in early morning (not instant) before the Brasserie opens for breakfast. Regarding the change, our front desk usually gives change as much as they can but it happens, exceptionally, that we run out of cash. This can also be done in our casino when necessary.

Bien juste améliorer le service au petit déjeuner pour les boissons chaudes. Merci à toutes les équipes de l'Impérial Palace à Annecy.
