Je me suis bien senti dès le début et je n’ai eu aucune crainte que cela se gâte comme il peut m’arriver parfois dans certains hotels

pas de reproche majeur; mais vous devriez apprendre au serveur ce que vous proposez au restaurant dans l'après midi; je voudrais un perrier citron, désolé nous n'avons pas ça !!! je peux vous proposer une badoit. bon alors je prendrais un thé citron... nous ne faisons pas ça mais je peux vous proposer un thé avec une rondelle de citron...je préfère en rire mais ....

“The check-in experience was excellent! The receptionist and the concierge lady were outstanding—both very helpful, cheerful, and welcoming. The concierge lady, in particular, was full of joy and always smiling, which made the experience even better. However, the check-out process was disappointing. Mr. Remy was not very welcoming, and it took longer than expected, even though other guests seemed to check out easily.

Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come again and again. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

Très bon séjour ! Vue parfaite sur le lac et calme dans la suite. Au niveau de la brasserie, de l’apéro au buffet de desserts tout était délicieux !
