I have been here repeatedly, when on business with EMBL. Always a pleasure. This time, it was for 7 days, and it felt like a second home. Fair prices for food and beer, and the staff at the beer garden are a delight: always smiling, always friendly.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden für einen Städtebesuch in Heidelberg sehr zu empfehlen, ruhig,sauber und sehr nettes Personal man kann das Auto stehen lassen und bequem mit den Bus der alle 20 Minuten in die Altstadt fährt nutzen

My overall experience at Hotel ISG Heidelberg was very positive. The staff were welcoming and professional; the rooms were spotless and comfortable, with nice touches like balconies and good air conditioning, and the setting was peaceful, surrounded by greenery. I especially enjoyed the generous breakfast and relaxing beer garden in the evenings. While the location is a bit outside the city centre, it was quiet and well-connected by public transport, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-run hotel that offered great value for the price.

Very clean environment, comfortable room, friendly reception, professional staff, and beautiful view. The breakfast is delicious!!
