My overall experience at Hotel ISG Heidelberg was very positive. The staff were welcoming and professional; the rooms were spotless and comfortable, with nice touches like balconies and good air conditioning, and the setting was peaceful, surrounded by greenery. I especially enjoyed the generous breakfast and relaxing beer garden in the evenings. While the location is a bit outside the city centre, it was quiet and well-connected by public transport, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-run hotel that offered great value for the price.
