It was okay, but a few small things could have made the experience much more enjoyable, such as air conditioning during the summer, and a general upgrade of the bedroom quality to match the bathrooms would also be excellent.

Excellent. I would stay again. In fact I was going to write and say how impressed I am, even before getting the questionnaire. The hotel and staff hit just the right balance of attention assistance and relaxed ambience. It has a good 'collegiate' academic feel but with good hotel service.
The staff did all they could to help, including providing information on the area and transport, printing out my conference presentation, booking the shuttle, providing late night tea and wine. I was only disappointed one evening by cold soup which as reheated then got the schnitzel I'd ordered out of sync, but otherwise, all was superb. I even got inadvertently involved in choosing a carpet! I hope the team have found one they like now. A huge thank you to you all.

Sicher gut, Modern, Freundlich.
Sehr verschiedene Zimmer; Modern aber auch Barok, das letzte passt nicht dazu
