I enjoyed staying at ISG. Clean room, good breakfast, really nice view. The hotel is well communicated with downtown by public transport and with EMBL with shuttle. Overall, I would definitely recommend it especially for EMBL visitors.

Ich war mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Es hat alles anstandslos geklappt, das Personal war freundlich und die Preise waren auch völlig in Ordnung.

The hotel was functional and convenient. We happened to arrive early, but the staff found a room for us. The room was a basic and serviceable room, with a nice desk. Breakfast was substantial, though some items ran out while we were there and we had to wait for some time for replenishment. Dinner was surprisingly tasty and hospitable. There are some areas for improvement: There was insufficient parking for guests, and we had to park on the street some blocks away. Also, the housekeeping staff entered our room before 9am, while we were still in bed.

it is a pity that the housekeeping team went in to your room this early. To prevent this situation we offer our guests the use of a "please-do-not-disturb-sign". Please leave it outside the door and the team wont knock on your door until you take it away again.

The breakfast team provides the food fresh and upon request. Therefore it always takes abit to refill it. We guess that the guests are willing to wait a bit but therefore get fresh and homemade dishes.

Concerning the parking situation: we know that we have less parking spaces than hotel rooms but the staff members are always willing to assist you in case you can not find one. In addition we offer garage parking spaces for a surcharge of 8.00 Euros per day. This is even a posibility we can offer you for your next visit.
