I was not happy with the cleaning service and the room service in general. Everyone is friendly though.

Es ist ja ein Bauhaus-Hotel, daher nicht gemütlich aber praktisch und zweckmässig. Das Frühstück war wie das Hotel, praktisch zweckmässig.

The hotel was very convenient for us, since we came to visit relatives who live close by. There are many bus connections, so it was also great as a starting point for reaching the city to visit Heidelberg's attractions. The view down the hill and the forest behind the hotel make the location very enjoyable.

Ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit sehr hilfsbereiten und kompetenten Personal. Sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit Balkon. Schnell erreichbar von der BAB A5.
