Overall experience was so amazing! I planned this stay for Mmmichael's birthday. Thank you very much for the surprise bottle of birthday wine!
I loved the genuine friendly hospitality of every single staff member we encountered and interacted with - the maids in particular.
Room and hotel facilities very clean. Our room #54 was roomy and quiet. I loved that we had a little window that faced the castle - day & night I was totally obsessed and enchanted over it.
Sauna just midway down the hall.
What truely made our experience memorable was the Hotel Muller Staff. Thank you all again.
