Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, das Hotel Müller kann man für einen Aufenthalt in Cochem empfehlen.
Cochem selbst ist sehr schön aber auch sehr teuer, insbesondere die Getränke.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden beim nächsten Besuch in Cochem das Hotel wieder wählen.

For the amount paid, appr. 300,=/day -incl. restaurant, I believe some improvements should be made, see comments. The room was extremely uncomfortably hot with no daily service. The staff was fantastic, very kind.

We are delighted that you particularly emphasised the friendliness of our team. Your praise for our staff is a nice confirmation of our daily commitment to our guests.

At the same time, we very much regret that your stay did not meet your expectations in all areas. You are welcome to book room cleaning on a daily basis. For environmental reasons, we do this every two days.
Even if we see the central location of our hotel as an advantage, we know that this makes the parking situation more difficult and thank you for your understanding on this point.

We greatly appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us to consider improvements in the areas you have mentioned.
