Hemsk att komma fram efter timmar i bilen och inte komma in på hotellet eller senare på sina bokade och betalade rum pga att det ej finns någon reception. Ringer man till hotellet för hjälp går en telefonsvarare igång så man är helt utelämnad. Städning ingår ej i priset utan kostar extra. Mina 75 åriga föräldrar fick ett rum på vån 6 utan hiss. Svårt att få bord på restaurangen på terassen trots att man bor på hotellet.
Tack för att du tog dig tid att beskriva dina intryck i detalj. Vi beklagar verkligen att din ankomst efter en lång resa inte gick smidigt och att du hade svårt att komma in på hotellet och till ditt bokade rum. Vår kollega förklarade dock proceduren i detalj för dig på telefonen i förväg.
Våra rum städas varannan dag. Du kan gärna boka daglig städning.
