I understand the checkin system is new but it is clearly a cost-cutting excercise that is not great. To have lost the personal touch & have a real person available is necessary in a hotel environment. We were reluctant to contact via the app as we didn’t want to be annoying & cause problems but it would be much easier if we could just ask a person at reception.
We have travelled through Europe for 3 months & stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, this is only place where towels were not changed & we then had to chase them by sending a message through so, then going down & finding someone at the restaurant. This is be cause the showers leaked & towels we used to clean up the water.

Bemühen sich , für eine Fahrradreise auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Beim Restaurantbesuch das Essen hinterfragen. Frühstück gigantisch gut. Fahrradabstellraum groß genug aber tagsüber offen.

Hotel liegt sehr Zentral. Frühstück sehr gut. Aufzug ist erst ab dem erste Stock vorhanden.
