My overall experience was wonderful. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's location, which was convenient and offered easy access everywhere in the city. The common areas were fantastic, including the game room, tea room, reading area, and gym. It was a delight to be able to relax with a cup of tea after dinner or a long day of work. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us with navigating the city and overcoming language barriers. The housekeeping service was exceptional, with staff who were not only efficient but also very friendly and kind. I look forward to returning to Bern and staying at the Kreuz hotel again in the future.

Für mich eher ein 3 Stern Hotel. Zimmerpreise massiv überteuert. Zimmer sehr klein und einfach (Einzelbett). Das Bad ist sehr eng und dunkel, sich für den Abend zurecht zu machen, war sehr schwer, ich musste zwecks Lichtverhältnisse immer ins Zimmer vor den Spiegel wechseln. Das Hotel macht aber einen sauberen Eindruck und das Personal ist freundlich.

Very good breakfast (fruit, sweets and savoury). The room is a bit too small.
