C'était parfait

We enjoyed a comfortable stay in this very well-located hotel. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful. We found it odd not to have access to streaming services on the TV or tea and coffee making facilities in our room (the double room was quite small), but made good use of the tea/coffee room located on Level 4. It was one of the more expensive accommodations of our family holiday through Europe, however that seemed to be par for the course for Switzerland. We enjoyed exploring Bern very much, and the location of the hotel was perfect in that regard.

Als gläubiger Christ finde ich es toll, dass Pfarrer Bovet mit dem Bärenhöfli ein alkoholfreies Restaurant geschaffen hat und später dann auch das Hotel Kreuz entstanden ist.
Das Hotel wirkt für mich sehr gepflegt und die Möglichkeit, Gepäck zu deponieren mit den Schliessfächern, ist sehr praktisch.

Perfekte Lage, gute Zimmer und gutes Frühstück

Gemütliches Hotel in zentraler Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

I would go back again.

- Petit déjeuner, toilettes à l’étage -1 après avoir quitté la chambre, cela sentait très mauvais
