Great start because the reception ladies were so lovely and helpful, then slightly disappointed with the room, and ultimately awful because of the man on the desk and not being believed when I said my top was missing. I absolutely would not recommend the hotel based on how difficult the man made things when things went wrong. Any hotel can be good when things are going right. But a truly good hotel makes itself clear when dealing well with things that go wrong.

As our prices vary depending on occupancy, you may pay more for a room at the time of booking than on a day when we still have many rooms available.
We also regret that you were not satisfied with the breakfast service during your stay. We are grateful for any feedback, whether positive or negative. In general, our breakfast is perceived by our guests as rich and positively rated for a 3* hotel. Especially as breakfast is included in the overnight stay. In order to constantly optimise our offer, please let us know what you thought was missing from the breakfast buffet.
