My overall experience was wonderful. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's location, which was convenient and offered easy access everywhere in the city. The common areas were fantastic, including the game room, tea room, reading area, and gym. It was a delight to be able to relax with a cup of tea after dinner or a long day of work. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us with navigating the city and overcoming language barriers. The housekeeping service was exceptional, with staff who were not only efficient but also very friendly and kind. I look forward to returning to Bern and staying at the Kreuz hotel again in the future.
