Den Wunsch nach einer Badewanne haben wir für zukünftige Aufenthalte vermerkt. Wir sind stets darum bemüht, ein modernes und geräumiges Ambiente zu schaffen, das unseren Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Allerdings haben wir uns dazu entschieden, klassische Minibars in unseren Zimmern nicht mehr standardmäßig anzubieten. Wir sind der Meinung, dass solche Geräte in Bezug auf Nachhaltigkeit nicht mehr angemessen sind. Stattdessen können Sie gerne Getränke oder andere Dinge an der Rezeption zum kühlstellen abgeben.

Es freut uns, dass Sie unsere Reinigungskräfte als freundlich und unsere Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption als zuvorkommend empfunden haben. Wir legen großen Wert auf einen herzlichen und professionellen Service, um sicherzustellen, dass sich unsere Gäste gut betreut fühlen.

Wir bedauern, dass das Carpaccio nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Wir werden Ihr Feedback an unser Küchenteam weiterleiten, um sicherzustellen, dass solche Enttäuschungen in Zukunft vermieden werden.
