Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Alles war stimmig. Personal sehr freundlich, Anfragen und Wünsche wurden alle erfüllt.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sonst ok. WLAN Ticket wurde nur für einen Tag ausgegeben, da ging mir am zweiten Tag mitten in der Nacht die Internetverbindung aus. Das war ärgerlich. Leider Strasse und auch Hof sehr laut.

Ein sehr schönes Stadthotel. Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption.Beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksamer Service.

I did not stay at your hotel. I had to cancel my reservation due to the pandemic and travel restrictions. I do plan on visiting soon though and look forward to staying with you. I just wish you hadn't charged me so much for NOT staying there.

We were holding the two rooms the whole night as you never cancelled the reservation. You only informed us the next day when we contacted you.
That night we were fully booked in the double rooms and had to turn other guests away. Please get in touch with us regarding the future booking and we will see what we can do for you.

Viele kleine Unzulänglichkeiten und Stolperfallen, mangelhafte Funktionalität, z.B. Zugang vom Parkplatz, Aufzug, etc.
