Very friendly staff! We really valued the spa as well! And a great location! The meal in the restaurant was not so great (lamb somewhat watery, lots of heavy cream sauces, red house wine not good, value for price not sufficient, ...) . A long waiting time as well.. however, the restaurant staff was very friendly! Thumb up for them!

the first July may be the start of the high season. We have to say that all our other visits (in spring and autumn) gave a more relaxed feeling and a better price

We are a bit surprised about your comment, as you said you came more than 10 times with us, and it is quite a shame that after such a long time you are not able to let us know directly your comments.
We are sorry if you did not liked the Room N°23 Bathroom and toilets, on our point of view it is now one of the best and most modern bathroom in our hotel. Maybe you don't like the separate toilets, this is your preference. You have to know that the government Hotel's ranking service put a better rate on the separate toilets. A lot of guests also prefer the separate toilets.

You already made a comment about the hight of the toilets, they are not low, our wall-hung toilets are mounted at the height recommended by the manufacturer. The only higher toilets we have in our establishment are the toilets of the disabled rooms, where the legal standard is different.

Finally, we don't have to think about our rates, they are in line with the services we offer.

Juste parfait
Même si comme je le disais plus haut, la chambre était un peu petite, cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir encore et encore.
