Disappointing- we cannot see that the rom could be described as Superior because it was tiny, in the eves hence no outlook unless you were standing at the window. Incredibly difficult to access via a narrow steep and turning staircase. I would have been interested to see the standard room as that must have been incredibly basic and simply the size of a bed. Dogs were not made welcome because we were told at Reception that they were not allowed in the main part of the hotel or the restaurant area and there were signs on all gardens saying no dogs. We had to walk our dog along the pavement outside to relieve her. We actually went into the bar/restaurant across the road to ask if we could take our dog inside and they said yes, despite being told no at Reception. The Restaurant of the hotel is across the road and has to be paid for separately. Location superb close to wonderful walks and the coast.
