Very good excellent and friendly staff it's the 3rd time we have stayed. Just checked prices on your website and you have doubled your prices so we may have to stay elsewhere next october

Mir hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und der Service liebenswert und sehr zuvorkommend. Was sehr angenehm war, dass ich meinen Wagen in einer Tiefgarage parken konnte.

The while Staff is amazing from the money you step in the house keeping and everyone and the location is rather strategic I would have preferred closer to the metro like right beside it but a 5 minute walk is ok Ternes avenue is a busy active street full of shops and cafes

The location of the hotel is on an extremely busy street which was super loud at all times of the day and night. The room itself was quite small as was the bed but that is not unusual in Paris. Unfortunate was the fact that our room key did not work for several days. The staff was very accommodating, kind and helpful, however, it was extremely frustrating that it took several days for the problem to be resolved.

Très bonne expérience globale, accueil chaleureux. Quelques détails sur le ménage (un moustique écrasé sur un mur par un ancien client visiblement, à l'entrée de la chambre + des cheveux dans la salle de bain). Mais surtout : la chambre côté boulevard était très brillante. Proposer des boulles quies aux clients serait un plus
