The location within close proximity of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, metro and buses were good. The cleanliness of the room and spaces were all perfect. The reception staff to the cleaning ladies were friendly and courteous.
It would have been wonderful if guests waiting to check in could be offered a "standby" room where we could freshen up and have a change of clothes especially after having arrived on a long haul flight that lasted 15 hours. Having to wait till 2.00 pm to check into my room was uncomfortable and a waste of half a day that could have been better spent exploring the town or shopping. Thank you.

Disgustoso, traumatico. Al rientro in camera la prima sera, ho trovato un pelo sotto il cuscino messo intenzionalmente, la seconda sera ho trovato una macchia disgustosa nelle lenzuola, la spiegazione più logica è che qualche uomo, entrato illegalmente in camera, avesse sporcato le lenzuola con le sue parti intime, inoltre ho trovato molti peli, sono certo di aver lasciato le lenzuola pulite prima di uscire, avevo controllato bene entrambe le sere prima di uscire; l'hotel mi ha offerto di cambiare le lenzuola, non ho ricevuto alcuna scusa da parte dell' hotel, la direttrice non si è neanche presentata

L'hôtel est bien situé, a 5 mins de marche de Porte-Maillot, 10 mins de l'arc de Triomphe. La chambre superieur a un grand couloir mais peu de lumiere - la salle de bain et la chambre avait un peu de poussière mais etaient propre. Sur le font, je recommanderai a l'hôtel de changer ses serviettes de bains qui ne sont plus très blanche - pour ma part, j'avait ma propre serviette de bain. Je ne vais peut-être pas pas revenir mais c'est un bon hôtel bien situé si on veux pas quelque chose de 'fancy'.

Experience was great. We needed a nice place that was close to the bus shuttle to Ryan Air. The hotel was amazing, in that the staff went above and beyond to provide us a great experience even though we were only staying for a couple hour stop over.
