Globalement positif, très bon emplacement mais petit déjeuner à améliorer en proposant plus de variétés compte tenu du prix: 17-18 euros

Very good. This is a price conscious small hotel in a convenient part of the city. Ten minutes from the Arch de triomphe and 25 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. The Airport bus stop is only 200m away so transport into and out of the county is easy.
The rooms are small, but are comfortable and quiet. Staff are helpful. The hotel has a full range if facilities. There are good restaurants, bars and shops within 2mins walk.

great location to get away from the crowds at the Congress de Palais for conferences. room was very small as anticipated. room was quiet.. ask for room on the back of the building away from the rue des ternes. tv was difficult to use with smart phone chromecast.

The Hotel is very nice and close to the Congress Centre (walking distance) with the most affordable rates compared to the other hotels. The staff was very nice and helpful (thank you very much Adrien for your assistance and support!!), the room small but nice & clean and perfect for a 2 nights stay, the breakfast generous and good. The Smartphone in the room with access to room service and Netflix simply the best!! For a short break or business stay, I would definitively recommend Hotel La Villa des Ternes for its price-service value.
