Helpful, kind and very efficient staff. Room was clean, and it was wonderful that you could open the window to outside for fresh air. Towels were plentiful and clean, and I appreciated the ability to not have my room cleaned, and linen changed as this is so much more sustainable. Due to the size of the room all the coffee, tea and pod machine took up a lot of bench space and I didn't use, and also the small fridge was very full leaving very little space for my own things. your hotel has an excellent location when attending a Congress at the Palais, the area if wonderful and has all amenities. Thank you.

It was very positive. The staff were very professional and helpful. They went out of their way to help me especially given the fact that I did not speak French. I really felt at home. I loved the who experience.
