Hôtel parfait! Non bruyant. Par contre côté rue, nuit difficile car beaucoup de bruits à l’extérieur ( circulation, secours, musique …)

I had already had good experiences with this hotel more than 20 years ago. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for a rate of €166 per night. In other periods, rates can be 2 to 3 times higher, which is common for all of Paris, but I wouldn't consider it worth it. The room is adequate, but it does need some maintenance by now. Think of slightly worn furniture or a rain shower that only lets half the water through due to limescale buildup.

The safe in our room was locked with the door open, preventing us from setting a new code. We requested a reset at the reception, and we were told that a technician from another branch would come by the next day before 12:00 am. However, when we inquired the next morning, the technician was unavailable due to it being the weekend. This isn't rocket science, and a reset should be readily available. I had to persist to ensure that the issue was resolved before 12:00 am. I believe guests should have the option to securely store passports or other valuables in their hotel room. Eventually, the reception was able to organize a reset, allowing us to use the safe.

The metro and RER stations are just under 300 meters away, offering excellent connections to the entire city. Paris is beautiful, and the majority of the metro, shop, and restaurant staff, who are mostly of North African or African descent, have been very friendly. Even if you don't speak French, everyone is willing to help and communicate in English.

2 times stayed in the hotel for 2 and 5 nights. Received a super tiny room on both legs, just enough space around the bed to place the suitcase and make the way into the bed. Desk overloaded with hotel brochures and ( positive point) massive Coffee machine, where you receive 4 capsules every day.
