Friendly front desk lady , helped us with everything, from choosing resturants to calling us a can every morning , very clean , comfortable, boutique hotel , 1 mile easy walk to the Arc and Champs de Elysee , quiet street , for downtown Paris ,, would stay here again and again , and recommend it to my family and friends

I'm feeling quite disappointed regarding my request for a larger superior room at the hotel. When I booked my stay for 7 consecutive nights, I specifically inquired about the possibility of a larger room, understanding that they come in various sizes. The staff assured me they would do their best to accommodate my request.

However, upon checking in, I was assigned the smallest room available. I immediately asked again if a larger room could be arranged, emphasizing that I was willing to change rooms during my stay, especially given that I was traveling with another person for a full week. A slightly more spacious room would have made a significant difference. The staff promised to notify me as soon as a larger room became available.

After checking with them for three days without any positive feedback, I noticed that larger rooms of the same type were being advertised on other booking platforms. Despite my continued efforts to follow up, I eventually gave up. This lack of attention and follow-through has truly left me feeling let down.
