My experience at establishment caused a complete traumatic encounter. From the lack of customer support on my concerns to a bed bug hiding within the sheets on the third floor was horrific. When requesting to be relocated into another room we were told that there were no more rooms to accommodate our stay. The gentleman at the front desk came to the room and picked up the bug and eventually dropped the small eye organism into the hallway where he couldn't locate. This too caused concerns as the bed bug was now in the carpet. I would strongly recommend checking your bed, the sheets, pillows and headboard before putting any of your belongings in the room. I am traumatized and had looked very forward to staying at this property.
Now I'm returning home with hope nothing has traveled with me. Be careful at this property.

Hôtel très bien situé mais un peu bruyant même avec une chambre tournée vers l’arrière, personnel très attentionné.
Baignoire/douche pas pratique. Rideau en verre trop petit, très difficile de prendre une douche sans inonder la salle de bain. Pas d’endroit à tenir en enjambant la baignoire pour en sortir. Sol de baignoire un peu glissant, température d’eau difficile à régler.

I enjoyed my stay very much in your hotel. My one complaint would be the billing. On checking out there was no invoice given & due to a misunderstanding I was overcharged by €19 for the minibar. As the payment had been completed the employee said he could not amend but I would receive a refund. There has been no refund despite a few emails which have not got a response from your team.

Kamer was netjes en verzorgd. Prijs-kwaliteit absoluut in orde, wat vaak niet het geval is in Parijs. Het personneel was uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt een pluim voor het personeel.

Nous avons séjourné plusieurs fois chez vous , je crois que de tan en temps un geste commercial nous ferait plaisir, jamais un surclassement, petit déjeuner offert ? Ça vous manque un peu plus d’attention aux clients
