The hotel is perfect and charming and ideally located. The rooms are very comfortable and spotless. The staff were super helpful and couldn't do enough to answer any questions. We were only 10 minutes walk from the Arc De Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. There was a bus terminal and metro station both 4 minutes walk away. There are loads of restaurants and shops around the area too. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Great! Except for the creditcard deposit. We didnt read the details for the deposit and assumed that it would be possible to pay the deposit with a debit card. We werent allowed in without a creditcard, which was devastating. Fortunately a kind other hotel visitor was able to make the deposit for us, but otherwise we would have needed to find another place to stay, which is absolutely ridiculous, since we could pay all other stuff with a debit card..

La chambre était très confortable et isolée, c'était très calme la nuit.

Very conveniently located to the congress centre, very nice, clean, small - and therefore, not very busy - hotel, great breakfast buffet, and super attentive and friendly staff (everyone: receptionist at arrival, night receptionist, housekeeping, breakfast). I was even offered a coffee early morning when waiting for my taxi and the breakfast buffet was still closed. Can highly recommend the hotel!

Je ne suis resté qu’une nuit:la chambre était très petite (une fenêtre de 50 cm max mal isolé ),très mal insonorisée (tous les bruits de la rue Audibles jusque minuit); ne correspondait pas à la photo présentée sur Booking. Par contre, le personnel est très bien .
