Bon séjour, hôtel bien placé, accès facile. Personnel aimable mais manque d’un peu de professionnalisme. Les options, toutes à 20€, ne sont pas toujours justifiées. Pour exemple, il m’a été demandé un supplément de 20€/jour pour ma fille qui m’accompagnait. Or, la chambre était plutôt single.

I had really good experience with the stay, comfy room and breakfast is good too. Would be good to have few more options in the breakfast! Bathtub in the room is great plus : )

Das Hotel war angenehm sauber und gemütlich, das Personal äußerst freundlich. Unser Aufenthalt war definitiv ein Genuss.😌

everything was excellent about the hotel except the check in. It was a travelling agency tahat made the reservation and they forgot to inform us that we needed a credit card to use for a security deposit that was mandatory of 450€. We didn t have a credit card. I know that the fault was of the agency but we we willing to give the amount of money in cash. It was not our fault either and the hotel could be more reasonable. That is service to the customer - solving their problems. We lost 3 hours until everything was arranged. I dont think we will stay there again because of this total rigidity. It's one thing to have rules, it's another for bureaucracy to ruin the service that should be provided to the customer.
