Ideal for The Marathon which we came to Paris for

I'm feeling quite disappointed regarding my request for a larger superior room at the hotel. When I booked my stay for 7 consecutive nights, I specifically inquired about the possibility of a larger room, understanding that they come in various sizes. The staff assured me they would do their best to accommodate my request.

However, upon checking in, I was assigned the smallest room available. I immediately asked again if a larger room could be arranged, emphasizing that I was willing to change rooms during my stay, especially given that I was traveling with another person for a full week. A slightly more spacious room would have made a significant difference. The staff promised to notify me as soon as a larger room became available.

After checking with them for three days without any positive feedback, I noticed that larger rooms of the same type were being advertised on other booking platforms. Despite my continued efforts to follow up, I eventually gave up. This lack of attention and follow-through has truly left me feeling let down.

Stayed for an event at the conference centre which was a 5 minute walk - it's been a long time since I was last in France so was concerned and a little embarrassed at my lack of French language.
Staff were friendly, helpful and put me at ease. Checked in, enjoyed my stay and checked out without issues in a room that was clean, comfortable and stocked for food, drinks and toiletries. Soaps and bath products were a pleasant surprise - a luxury brand.
Paris can be a little noisy overnight or early morning, yet this is not the fault of the hotel. Close to the conference building, train station and enjoyable tourist locations.

Travelled alone for the Paris marathon, having never been in Paris before. Staff were so helpful and welcoming. I had a lovely room with a small veranda. Really nice shower for a hotel, clean rooms, and extremely quiet. Will definitely be staying again for my next trip to Paris.

A lovely small hotel giving a great stay near to centre of Paris. Room was small but more than adequate for the length of time we were staying.
