Wir waren jetzt das zehnte Mal bei Ihnen im Hotel. Dieser Umstand lässt uns sehr viel über ihr Hotel sagen. Leider war dies unser schlechteste Urlaub, den wir bei Ihnen verbracht haben. Der Service im Zimmer ist eine totale Katastrophe. Zweimal wurde uns ein Zettel unter der Tür hindurch geschoben auf dem Stand, dass der Service immer vormittags durchgeführt wird. Wenn wir um 15:00 Uhr das Zimmer betreten und der Service immer noch nicht durchgeführt worden ist dann ist das sehr mangelhaft. Meine Beanstandung dass in der Dusche eine Reparatur vorzunehmen ist, wurde ebenfalls nicht beachtet. Eine ordentliche Nutzung der Dusche war dadurch nicht möglich.
Dass ihnen das nicht auffällt, dass wir schon zehnmal bei Ihnen waren, ist zwar traurig, aber ich kann damit leben. Dass jedoch der Zimmerservice sich extrem verschlechtert das werde ich in Zukunft nicht hinnehmen. Noch dazu, wenn ich Ihr Personal an der Rezeption Bescheid gebe und auf die Missstände Hinweise.

I cannot fail to praise the beauty of the hotel and the elegance of its design. The overall atmosphere was filled with comfort and refined taste, making my stay an unforgettable experience.
