Im großen und ganzen ist es ein sehr schönes hotel mit freundlichem Personal.

Wellnesbereich für 1 stunde etwas zu teuer.

Leider hatten wir einmal einen Käfer im obst vom Frühstück, ist nicht so schlimm kann passieren aber da war die reaktion vom personal eha nicht so nett.

Great experience at hotel lago di garda! Beautiful hotel in a great setting. Booking was so easy by emailing the front desk and all the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly our entire stay. Room was very big and modern.

Really pleasant. Staff accommodated a change of room and a reasonable uplift in price. They also organised a boat trip for us which was a highlight
