The staff all very friendly ,happy to help in every way with a lovely warm welcome .
The only down fall was not be able to open our window as noisy.
Room on first floor.
Had to ask for air conditioning to be put on by phoning receptionist. Each day.
No milk left for tea
/coffee on both mornings had to ask.

Very good. Little disappointed that spa was so expensive for guests to use and hotel restaurant menu looked very strange. Biggest issue was noise from the square outside our bedroom - both at night (live music) and early in the morning (bin/bottle collections). VERY noisy.

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels war für uns perfekt. Die Entfernung zum Parkplatz könnte kürzer sein, aber der extra Raum im Hotel für die Fahrräder gleicht diesen Punkt auf alle Fälle wieder aus. Wir haben uns die gesamten Tage im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt.
Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Verlegung des Abendessens ins Restaurant Gotta sollte den Gästen direkt mitgeteilt werden, und nicht nur über E-Mail.
