Overall the room was good, front desk helpful but horrid customer service in dining facilities. Approach customers, offer coffee etc when a customer sits down, be attentive to customer needs, the customer should not have to look for staff even for a coffee. Pour the customers water or wine at dinner table. Ask to ensure everything is ok, does the customer have any requirements or needs?

A lovely hotel in a great location. Having the hot tub was very special ,(although it needed to be a couple of degrees warmer). We both slept really well and would recommend the hotel. Great staff.

Gutes Hotel. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Dass Wellnessbereich nur auf Reservierung geht finde ich nicht gut.
