Da besondere Umstände leider auch besondere Maßnahmen erfordern und das Buffet nicht besucht werden kann (das ist gut so) wäre es vielleicht hilfreich wenn Sie während dieser Zeit eine kleine Karte mit dem Frühstücksangebot ausgeben würden (vielleicht bereits beim Check in) das würde die Arbeit für Ihr Servicepersonal erleichtern und der Gast kann sich vorab schon überlegen ob er süß oder salzig möchte und wie diese Zusammenstellung aussehen kann ....
