Really good. Food was very good; staff very friendly and helpful. However some points that could be improved: not enough shelves in bathroom for cosmetics. I had to keep mine outside. No sun umbrella on terrace for when it gets really hot. Saturday: We stayed for one week in a Desideria room with half pension. Everything was fine until Saturday. When we wanted to book a table for 20.00 we were told that the restaurant was full up then. A table was ‘fitted in’ for us at the back of the restaurant for 19.30. Surely guests already in the hotel should be forewarned and given priority over new guests, especially as we had been in the hotel for a week. Although I appreciate that the staff were busy, they had forgotten to take the red wine we had that night out of the wine cooler where it had been placed the previous night. Luckily when we told a waiter he put it somewhere so that it could gradually warm up. However we had to tell someone, it was not done automatically! It’s not good service to treat ‘previous’ guests in this way... I would not recommend people to stay in this hotel on a Saturday.

It was beautifful, the hotel location is just 15 meters from the lake, you just cant get any closer in my opinion :) Staff was nice and helpfull, and if i ever come back i will try to book the same hotel, no question about it.

We had one of the best holidays we have ever had thanks in large part to the beauty of the location and the high quality of the hotel
