I would definitely recommend staying here. Torbole is a lovely place and we really enjoyed our stay.

Very good. We did not like the food but that may not reflect everyone’s opinion and I felt unwelcome to sit in the outside section without constantly being expected to purchase drinks. Sometimes after a long day we just wanted to rest and watch the lake. The location is excellent and very clean. Front desk team are excellent but the bar staff and restaurant team not as helpful. We struggled with the menu and asked for assistance but waiter did not offer much help. Told us it was getting late and we needed to order but we asked for help 20 minutes earlier but no one came to explain the menu

All our waiters can speak English and we also have a native English speaker waiter who was maybe off that day, anyways, we had a meeting after your review and decided that all our waters will explain the menu to all our guests. It was a chance for us to grow and also thank you we can use this suggestion to get better. We are pleased to read that you appreciated your stay here and our staff and service. Alles sehr gut. Die Kleinigkeiten sind nicht der Rede wert schlecht zu bewerten. Sehr zufrieden mit allem, vor allem Service, Beratung und Restaurant.
