I love this hotel. I did feel the rooms were become somewhat shabby, but I am delighted they have now been redecorated.
I think all of your reception staff are unfailingly helpful and polite...this is something that is especially important to me..so congratulations on your staff selection!!
My only real criticism...and I don't see how you can overcome this...is the offsite parking!! This is an inconvenience, though not one that would prevent me from staying with you again.
I also want go thank you for giving me a larger lake view room this year...greatly appreciated!
