Un acceuil super hôtel comme on aime sympathie bonne ambiance les patrons et le personnel toujours à notre service.
On se sent très a l'aise dans cet établissement.

je suis tres satisfaite des 3 semaines passees à l'hotel
environnement agreable face au parc thermal
la direction est très ouverte à toute demande et sympathique; la restauration variee et bonne( bravo aux cuisiniers)
bref j'y retournerai avec plaisir et ne peux que le recommander

Nous avons été très déçus par la chambre notamment après avoir regardé sur le site. Cependant le personnel, le petit déjeuner et le diner nous ont satisfait !

A bit like stepping back in time which is all part of the experience of travelling - no-one wants Ibis everywhere. Royat is an old spa town in the Auvergne - and this is a hotel which was built when the town was more prosperous. The owners are working hard to build a modern business which has character while competing with the box-hotel experience. Nothing to complain about.
