excellent reception staff, rooms need makeover (especially bathroom and breakfast room are outdated)

Si chaque fois que nous devons séjourner sur Bruxelles , nous réservons au Plaza c ' est que cela le vaut bien ! parceque c ' est calme , encore raffiné, feutré et paisible! luxe et volupté !

Hôtel au charme désuet, mais chargé d'histoire.
Personnel très serviable et à l'écoute.
Un peu dommage que bar et restaurant non accessibles.
Très bon petit déjeuner.

Jedoch stinkt es im gesamten Hotel stark nach Kichererbesen ! Sehr unangenehmer Geruch !

Great hotel, central with easy access to metro and main tourist areas.
Had to wait for room little longer than we would have liked but otherwise lovely stay

The hotel had some areas for improvement. Upon entering, there was a noticeable sewage smell that could use attention. Additionally, the phone in the room wasn't functional and there was no iron or ironing board available, which would have been helpful. While it served its purpose for a quick weekend stay, it doesn't quite meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. With some enhancements, it could become an even better experience for guests.

Perfecte locatie, enorm goed en vriendelijk ontvangen, ruime en mooie kamers, heerlijk ontbijt. Een echte aanrader. Wel aan de dure kant.
