Nulla.di eccezionale, camera male andata con buchi alla parete e tavoletta rotta. Ho dovuto richiedere il.cambio (ho foto) stanza ed Aspettare 40 minuti per avere una stanza degna.. molto insoddisfatto

The hotel was simply splendid. The cleanliness from the lobby all the way to my hotel room was outstanding. The receptionists were eager to help. The location made getting around Brussels very easy. I can’t wait to visit Brussels again and stay at your beautiful hotel

Très bon séjour au Plaza

Very pleasant, my only negative comment is that cleaning in the neighboring rooms and accessing the closet/room with cleaning supplies by the cleaners was very noisy in the morning (we stayed in 422). Rivals for the great stay!

The staff were very friendly and I always felt good when I returned home after going out to see the room was clean.

Good service great location

The hotel and the room were absolutely beautiful. Going in and out of the hotel at night felt a little unsafe with many homeless people at sex shops around, so as a solo female traveler I was grateful for the security guard at the entrance. The decor of the hotel was stunning and the room was very spacious and well equipped.
