Really nice. You just need to renew a little bit the aestetich of the bathrooms, but we really enjoyed the room

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and cleanliness. I thought that it would be like any other big hotel in the city centre: tiny rooms, mediocre state of rooms and so-so food. I was pleasantly surprised - your hotel exceeded my expectation. Whenever I am in Brussels, I will stay here.

Perfect location, very clean hotel. The breakfast service could be improved by the waiters and with the variety of products offers on the buffet.

We stayed at the hotel for a conference and when we made the reservation, it was through a link from the symposium so we never expected to be charged over 600 euros per night after the first night rate which was around 338 euros. We realized that we were being overcharged and when we checked the website, the same room was available at 338 euros per night for the same nights we were staying. We spoke with manager who refused to allow us to cancel our reservation and rebook or to change the room rate. I understand the conversion rates between USD and euros changes, but not by 300 euros at any given time. We were offered a move to the Presidential Suite, which we accepted, but all we got was a nicer bathroom and a smaller bedroom than we had before. There was no desk to work at and we did not get any other portion of the "Presidential Suite" other than the bedroom - they said the other rooms had been booked. So as far as we are concerned, we got nothing for our additional 300 euros per night and was very unhappy with the hotel. There was hardly any hot water and no amenities that were available at other hotels in the area. I certainly would not recommend Hotel Le Plaza to anyone, especially after they refused to work with us in any way and there is no way the rooms were worth the cost.
